The Industry Track at EASE 2016 provides an opportunity for companies (and individuals in companies) to share their experiences in the broad area of Empirical Software Engineering. At EASE 2014 in London, we had a dedicated session to industry presentations and we will be doing the same at EASE in 2016.
The scope of research topics of this track is the same as for the main conference. We encourage contributions presenting thought-provoking ideas and promising (preliminary) results. We encourage industrial practitioners to submit 1-page Extended Abstracts discussing ongoing research, practical experience, challenges or issues related to empirical software engineering.
Papers submitted to this track should not exceed 1 page in length. All submissions must be made through the EasyChair submission system. Submitted papers must be written in English and formatted according to the ACM SIG Proceedings templates. All submissions should be in PDF format.
All accepted submissions will be presented in the corresponding slots of the main conference and all submissions will be peer-reviewed.
